Health Campaign - "Allianz helps you to take care of yourself"

Promotion period: Available from 15 January 2024 to 31 May 2024 (both inclusive), exclusively for policies effective between 15 January 2024 and 31 May 2024. 

The purpose of this promotion is to incentivise the contracting of health policies, meeting the established requirements. 

 

ORGANISING ENTITY 

Allianz, Compañía de Seguros y Reaseguros, S.A. (hereinafter, Allianz) with registered office at C/Ramírez de Arellano, 35, 28043 Madrid, Tax ID No. A-28007748. Entity subject to the regulation of the Ministry for the Economy and Competitiveness Insurance and Pension Funds General Directorate and registered in the Insurance Entity Registry with number C0109. It is a Spanish entity.

 

TIME AND TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION

The promotion starts on 15 January 2024 and ends on 31 May 2024 (the promotion period), exclusively for newly contracted Allianz Salud Individual policies. It will take place within Spanish territory for people who reside in Spain.

 

LEGAL BASIS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROMOTION 

Individuals over 18 years of age (National ID No.) and legal entities (Corporate Tax ID No.), with legal residence in Spain may participate in this promotion, with the following conditions: 

  • All new Allianz Salud clients who contract a new Health policy from among the products detailed in these terms and conditions on the dates indicated and renew the policy in the following year. 

  • Policies are contracted through the Allianz broker network. 

  • The premium payment method is by direct debit.

  • That the contracted health policy is valid and up to date with payment.

Allianz reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion entirely or partially. 

 

SCOPE AND PRODUCTS TO WHICH THIS PROMOTION APPLIES 

Allianz Salud Individual insurance, in any of its coverage options, is eligible for this promotion, except Allianz Salud Dental:

  • Allianz authorised service provider network with primary care (with or without copayment)

  • Allianz authorised service provider network without primary care (with or without copayment)

  • Allianz Hospitalisation

  • Allianz Full Refund

  • Allianz Medium Refund

  • Allianz Basic Refund

The contracting is subject to Allianz's underwriting terms and conditions.

To enter the promotion, the payment must be made by direct debit.

 

MECHANICS OF THE PROMOTION 

Suppose the policyholder contracts any of the insurance policies listed in the previous condition during the promotion period. In that case, he or she will be entitled to a bonus of three times the amount equivalent to the first monthly premium (excluding tax) of the first annual premium charged for the policy contracted during the campaign period. For payment methods other than annual, the amount to be credited will be three times the monthly amount equivalent to the first payment received.

The first tax-free instalment of the first annual period will be used as the reference for the three payments of this promotion, regardless of whether the premium may vary throughout the current and following annual periods. 

The payment will be made as follows: 

  1. The first payment will be made in July 2024. 

  1. The second payment will be made in September 2024. 

  1. The third payment will be made in January 2025.

 The payment will be made to the bank account appearing in the Allianz database at the time of the award. Payment through any other channel or method is not permitted. 

The payment will not take any copayments into account that could be included within the payment (if any), nor taxes, since they are not part of the premium, which forms part of this promotion. 

At the time of any account payment, the contracting terms must be the same as those that gave rise to an entitlement to participate in the promotion and they must be valid and up-to-date. If this condition is not met, the policyholder will be excluded from the promotion and will not be entitled to any pending refunds. 

 

EXCLUSIONS 

The promotion does not apply to replacements from Allianz or any company in the Allianz Group, it cannot be combined with other promotions and it cannot be combined with additional discounts.

Policyholders who have had a valid health policy at Allianz in the last six months are excluded.

Policyholders who have contracted existing or subsequent products at the time of contracting are expressly excluded from the promotion. They will not be taken into account to calculate the payment. 

Any other health product not expressly included in the terms and conditions is excluded. 

 

 

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

Participants, merely by participating in this promotion, accept its terms and conditions and the insurer's criteria regarding the resolution of any issue arising from it. Customers participating in the promotion are obliged to maintain the contracted product for a minimum period of two years. 

In the event of non-compliance, Allianz reserves the right to demand a refund of the discount amount. 

These terms and conditions of the “Allianz helps you to take care of yourself” campaign are available to the public on the company's website. 

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationships established between ALLIANZ and the Participants will be governed by the provisions of current Spanish regulations. ALLIANZ and the Participants, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply to them, shall submit any dispute and/or litigation to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.

 

DATA PROTECTION

Under the applicable data protection regulations and in particular, the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), participants are informed that their data will be processed by ALLIANZ, whose identifying data appears hereinabove, to organise, allow and manage your participation in the Prize draw and, if the Policyholder wins or is awarded one of the Prizes, to be able to deliver the prize to which he/she is entitled, the legal grounds for processing being compliance with the contractual measures assumed by ALLIANZ with the participant at the time of participation.

 Please be advised that your data will not be transferred to third parties, without prejudice to the transfer to the Notary Public indicated hereinabove to carry out the Prize draw, as well as the suppliers which, if applicable, may be contracted to process your data in their capacity as data processors solely and exclusively for this purpose. Allianz will make every effort to ensure that suppliers located outside of the European Economic Area are within jurisdictions that have received an adequacy decision from the European Commission. If an adequacy decision is not available for the destination country, Allianz will implement appropriate safeguards, including using standard data protection conditions adopted by the European Commission, to ensure that you have enforceable rights and effective legal remedies.

Participants may exercise, at any time, their rights to access, modify, cancel, and/or oppose, portability and limitation of processing, by sending an email to lopd@allianz.es, as well as raising any query regarding the processing of their personal data to the Allianz DPO via email lopd@allianz.es. Data subjects may lodge a complaint, in case of dissatisfaction in the exercise of their rights, with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, through its digital headquarters and using the digital complaint submission procedure. Participants also declare to understand that if they are the winner or are awarded the prize, Allianz may, with their prior consent, capture their image by photograph when the prize is presented to promote their status as the winner of the Prize draw.
